Notification to attend - Annual General Meeting

To all members,

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Buckingham Curling Club Inc. will be held in the clubhouse on Monday June 10th, 2013 at 19h00.

The purpose of the meeting is as follows:

1. To receive the annual Directors’ report.
2. To receive the financial statements and the auditors’ report.
3. To receive the annual President’s report.
4. To propose amendments to the Club’s By-Laws
5. To appoint an auditor for 2013-2014.
6. To elect the directors for 2013-2014.
7. To transact such general business as may arise from the meeting.
